Nicholas Hamilton FNAEA has been a house agent in Steyning for many years and in private practice here since 1989.
Angus Graham was the local director of a national Country House agency for some ten years and became a partner here in 2000.
Together we have an intimate knowledge of the local property market and some fifty years of combined agency experience enabling us to provide a complete and personal service to our clients. Regular client contact is essential in our view and a key feature of our service.

We provide sellers with marketing advice without charge or obligation and buyers registered with us are informed promptly of all properties that suit their requirements. Our experience enables us to market all types of property from small village homes to landed country houses and we attach great importance to presentation in our colour sales particulars and printed brochures. We provide advice, guidance and feedback throughout the transaction and do not consider our role fulfilled until completion has taken place.
